Are you interested in online marketing and digital content? Cross Border Talents is looking for Czech speakers to join an international team that ensures the integrity and quality of political advertising content on major online platforms. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about maintaining high standards in digital advertising.

Your Responsibilities:

• Review online political advertising content to ensure compliance with established policies.
• Analyze and assess social media posts, webpages, and advertisements for adherence to guidelines.
• Navigate and review images, videos, and text-based content for policy violations.
• Maintain quality and productivity standards in your daily workflow.
• Participate in client meetings to provide insights and recommendations.
• Support additional workflows, products, or markets when necessary.

Offered:

• Training: A comprehensive 25-day training period (conducted in English) covering industry-specific tools, policies, and best practices.
• Contract:
  • Initial 60-day probationary contract, followed by a 12-month renewable contract.
  • Private health insurance provided upon contract signing.
  • Possibility of a permanent contract after 2 years.
• Working Hours: 40 hours per week on rotational shifts, Monday to Sunday, between 07:00 and 18:00. Working on Sundays and public holidays is paid at 50% extra.
• Work Location: Modern office facilities in Lisbon, Portugal.

• Salary: Competitive monthly gross salary, with additional allowances.
• Meal Allowance: EUR 7 (net) per working day (around EUR 154/month, paid in a separate card)

• Relocation Package is available for candidates moving from outside Lisbon:flight tickets reimbursement+pick-up on arrival. Housing is offered incompany-provided apartments with utilities included. Yearly flightticket to your native country.
