Job summary

Lingo-nova in Lisbon is seeking a Content Reviewer who speaks Croatian to join our on-site Trust & Safety team. You will review and moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with guidelines, focusing on sensitive topics, hate, and abuse.

You'll apply clear policies, make objective decisions in a culturally aware setting, and escalate complex cases when needed. The role is fully on-site at our Lisbon office and offers an international, safety‑minded work environment.

Qualifications

• Croatian language fluency required (native or fluent).
• English (UK) proficiency with strong working knowledge.
• High attention to detail with good judgment and ability to work with sensitive content.
• Ability to work fully on-site in Lisbon.
