About the job Content Moderator-German Market

We are hiring for our client conducting a project related toa dynamic and growing tech company specializing in content moderation services. Theirmission is to maintain a safe and positive online environment for users across various platforms. As a Content Moderator, youll play a crucial role in ensuring that user-generated content adheres to our guidelines and policies.

Responsibilities:

• Reviewing Online Videos/Content/Complaints/Legal Notices received from the end customer on any incorrect decisions taken related to their copyright work/material
• Reviewing/updating contents on a popular social media platform
• Audit of content received and sharing for Social Media Upload
• Ensure service delivered to our customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicator (KPIs)
• Maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services
• Strict adherence to the accuracy guidelines as laid down by the client
• Ensuring to protect the data of the customer and compliance process is followed

Requirements:

• Fluent in German C1 level.
• You do have a EU ID or Portuguese Residence Card.
• Strong computer navigation skills and PC Knowledge; Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally; Dependable with strong attention to detail.
• Skilled in multi-tasking; including the ability to be flexible and adapt to changes quickly. Tolerance for repetitive work in a fast-paced, high production work environment.
• Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently; Demonstrate patience in all customer contact situations; including maintaining a pleasant and professional tone and manner.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule
• Associate degree in related field with 6 months to one year of relevant experience preferred; Strong customer service orientation skills
