You'll evaluate video, image, text content; apply policies; assist users; and collaborate with the team to improve tools and stay ahead of emerging risks.

Qualificações

• German proficiency at B2/C1 level required.
• English proficiency at B2 level required.
• EU citizenship or Portuguese residency required.
• Minimum 1 year in customer support.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication abilities.
