A leading customer experience management firm in Porto is seeking a Content Moderator fluent in German (C1 or higher). In this role, you'll moderate user-generated content, ensuring compliance and reviewing sensitive materials. We offer a fixed-term contract with the possibility of a permanent position after 2 years, alongside health insurance and relocation support if you're from another EU country. This position requires attention to detail and the ability to work in rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.

Qualificações

We are looking for German-speaking Content Moderation Specialists to join the international team in the field of digital communication in Porto.

Your Responsibilities Include

• Moderation of user-generated content in German
• Review of videos, images, and text content
• Removal and blocking of inappropriate content
• Prevention of cybercrime and policy violations like spam and phishing message deletion
• Classification, filtering and analysing platform information for transparency
• Ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards

Working Schedule

• 40 hours per week
• 8 hours per day + 1 hour lunch break
• Rotational shifts Monday – Sunday (24/7 project)
• Rotating shifts including nights, weekends and holidays
