TP is recruiting a Content Moderator for social media in Portugal. You will assess multimedia content for adherence to community standards, applying platform guidelines and classifications, while handling sensitive material with professionalism.

The role requires fluent Hebrew and strong English, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work in a structured, self-paced environment. Training and daily meals are provided as part of employee perks.

Qualifications

• Fluent Hebrew (C2) and good English (B2)
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks
• Stay updated with frequent policy changes and apply guidelines
• Moderation experience in social media or related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Assess videos, images, text, and audio for compliance with community standards
• Identify and address non-compliant content according to platform guidelines
• Moderate comments and posts to maintain a respectful space
• Apply classifications for better organization and accessibility
• Document moderation actions and spot recurring issues
• Coordinate with policy/compliance/legal teams on complex cases
• Work on a rotating schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
