Qualificações

• Previous experience as a Construction Manager or similar role.
• Degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.

• Proven leadership abilities and strong communication.
• Ability to work well under pressure.

We are in search of an experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Funchal Portugal. As a Construction Manager you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. Your role will involve coordinating with contractors, architects and other professionals to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the construction industry, strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

This is a full-time position with visa sponsorship available for non-local candidates. Salary starts at $1800 per month.
