EliteService Staffing is seeking a Senior Construction Manager/Project Manager to lead complex construction projects in Braga, Portugal. You will oversee planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution, coordinating with architects, engineers and contractors to meet objectives.

The role requires a Civil Engineering degree and at least 5 years of leadership experience in construction, with strong communication skills and proficiency in project management software.

• 5+ years of experience as Construction Manager/Project Manager.
• Proven track record managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, processes, materials and equipment.
• Excellent leadership and communication with clients and teams.

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Construction ManagerProject Manager to join our dynamic team in Braga Portugal As a leader in the construction industry our company values innovation quality and teamwork In this role you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish ensuring they are completed on time within budget and to the highest standards

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all phases of construction projects including planning budgeting scheduling and implementation
• Collaborate with architects engineers contractors and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
• Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion
• Oversee quality control processes to ensure work meets company standards
• Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress and address any issues or concerns
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or requests
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations on job sites
• Manage a team of construction professionals including subcontractors and site staff

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• 5+ years of experience as a Construction Manager or Project Manager in the construction industry
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple construction projects simultaneously
• Strong knowledge of construction methods processes materials and equipment
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with clients contractors and team members
• Proficiency in project management software
• Fluency in Portuguese preferred
