VirtualWorks Hub in Lisbon, Portugal seeks an experienced Construction Manager on a contract basis to oversee the full project lifecycle from kickoff to handover, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and to high quality standards.

You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate with architects, engineers and contractors, perform regular site visits, maintain documentation, and ensure safety and compliance with company policies.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Manager.
• Experience overseeing complex projects on time and within budget.

Responsabilidades

• Manage all phases of construction projects including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
• Monitor progress and adjust to ensure timely completion.

Our construction company is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Construction Manager to join our team in Lisbon Portugal As a Contract Construction Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish ensuring they are completed on time within budget and to the highest quality standards

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all phases of construction projects including planning budgeting scheduling and resource allocation
• Collaborate with architects engineers contractors and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure timely completion
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure work is being carried out according to plans and specifications
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reports
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager in the construction industry
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes materials and best practices
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects on time and within budget
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
