As an Entry-Level Construction Manager you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish Your main duties will include coordinating with contractors ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations and maintaining budgets and timelines You will work closely with architects engineers and other professionals to ensure the successful completion of projects This position is suitable for individuals without prior experience in construction management as training will be provided The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills as well as the ability to work well under pressure This full-time position offers a competitive salary of 1700$ per month and is located in Lisbon Portugal

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee all aspects of construction projects
• Communicate with contractors subcontractors architects engineers and other professionals involved in the project
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
• Maintain project budgets and timelines
• Monitor progress of projects and make necessary adjustments to ensure completion on time
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control
• Prepare progress reports for stakeholders
