• Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and manage project timelines and budgets
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project plans are accurate and feasible
• Obtain necessary permits and licenses for construction projects
• Oversee hiring of contractors and subcontractors
• Monitor progress of construction projects and make adjustments as needed
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations
• Communicate with clients to provide updates on project status
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control
