OJP is recruiting a Construction Manager to join a leading company in the Construction and Civil Engineering sector, involved in major infrastructure projects and large-scale construction works across Portugal.

We are looking for an experienced construction professional with strong team coordination skills and the ability to ensure the smooth execution of on-site operations. The successful candidate will join a well-established organisation with projects in various regions of the country.

Perfil

• Professional experience as a Construction Site Manager or in roles involving the coordination of on-site teams;
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Construction and Civil Engineering sector;
• Experience in civil construction, civil engineering works, bridges, engineering structures or similar projects;
• Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings;
• Good planning and construction site preparation skills;
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills;
• Strong sense of responsibility and problem-solving abilities;
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills;
• Willingness to travel and work at different locations throughout Portugal.
• Ensure the smooth operation of the construction site by coordinating and managing the human and material resources allocated to the project;
• Coordinate and supervise daily on-site construction activities;
• Organise and optimise the resources required for the efficient execution of construction works;
• Coordinate in-house teams and subcontractors;
• Ensure compliance with project schedules and established deadlines;
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality (HSEQ) standards and requirements;
