Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction and civil engineering.
• Experience coordinating on-site teams and subcontractors.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Strong planning and resource preparation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to travel across Portugal.
• Ensure HSEQ compliance on construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise daily on-site construction activities.
