NextWave Publications in Braga, Portugal, is seeking a Concierge Assistant to deliver exceptional service to guests and residents at our luxury property. You will support the Concierge with a variety of tasks and ensure every request is met promptly and professionally.

The role requires fluent English, strong communication, and superb organizational skills in a fast-paced environment. Accommodation is provided and visa/ticket assistance may be offered for non-local candidates.

Concierge Assistant - Braga, Portugal

As a Concierge Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all guests and residents of our luxury property in Braga, Portugal. Your role will involve assisting the Concierge with various tasks and ensuring that all needs and requests are met promptly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests and residents in a friendly and professional manner
• Assist with check-in/check-out procedures, reservations, and other administrative tasks as needed
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely manner
• Provide recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and activities
• Coordinate transportation arrangements for guests as requested
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby and concierge desk area
• Assist with luggage handling when necessary

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality or customer service experience preferred but not required
• Fluent in English (additional language skills a plus)
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with guests from diverse backgrounds
• Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Friendly demeanor with a willingness to go above and beyond for guests' satisfaction

This is a contract position offering a salary of 1800$ per month.
