SecureLine in Porto is seeking a Computer Support Specialist for a part-time role. You will diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software, install and configure computer systems, and maintain records of repairs.

You will also train end-users on basic computer operations and assist with network setup and maintenance. You will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring proven computer support experience and strong communication.

As a Computer Support Specialist in Porto you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients Your main duties will include diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues installing and configuring computer systems and maintaining accurate records of repairs and fixes You will also be expected to provide training and guidance to end-users on basic computer operations as well as assist with network setup and maintenance The ideal candidate for this role must have experience in computer support possess strong communication skills and have a passion for problem-solving

This is a part-time position with a salary of $900 per month Accommodation is not provided
