Event Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented Computer Support Specialist to provide part-time technical assistance to clients in Braga, Portugal. You will troubleshoot hardware/software issues, set up new systems, and support networked devices in a dynamic IT environment.

Qualificações

• Minimum high school diploma; IT certification a plus.
• Proven experience as Computer Support Specialist or similar.
• Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networking and OS.
• Excellent problem-solving and clear communication.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent relevant certification or degree in Information Technology is a plus
• Proven experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
• Excellent knowledge of computer hardware software networking and operating systems
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues
• Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Fluent in Portuguese proficiency in English is a plus
