The role requires 6+ years in HR analytics or related areas, advanced Excel, Power BI or Tableau, and strong stakeholder management. You will influence salary reviews, market benchmarking, and regulatory oversight initiatives.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in HR, finance, economics, statistics, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in HR analytics, compensation & benefits, or governance.
• Experience in Banking or regulated environments preferred.
• Proficient with Excel, Power BI, Tableau.

• Contribute to bonus, incentive, and variable remuneration processes.
• Monitor remuneration regulations, including CRD and EBA requirements.
• Support MRT governance and remuneration oversight activities.
• Ensure HR data integrity, reporting accuracy, and GDPR compliance.
• Drive reporting automation and HR process improvement initiatives.
• Support Board, Committee, and senior management reporting requirements.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field;
• Minimum 6 years of experience in HR Analytics, Compensation & Benefits, or HR Governance;
• Experience within Banking, Financial Services, or another regulated environment is highly valued;
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytical tools;
• Strong understanding of remuneration frameworks, HR metrics, and regulatory requirements;
• Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
