Michael Page is seeking an experienced HR Analytics, Compensation & Regulatory Oversight Specialist to join a leading international financial institution in Lisbon. The role combines workforce analytics, compensation and benefits expertise, HR governance, and regulatory remuneration oversight.

You will provide data-driven insights, support strategic decision-making, ensure GDPR compliance, and contribute to annual salary reviews, market benchmarking, and reporting to senior management.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in HR Analytics, Compensation & Benefits, or HR Governance.
• Experience in Banking/Financial Services or other regulated environments.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with Power BI/Tableau.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain HR dashboards, reports, and key workforce metrics.
• Deliver regular reporting on headcount, turnover, absenteeism, diversity, recruitment, and retention.
• Analyse workforce trends to identify risks and opportunities.
• Support annual salary reviews, market benchmarking, and compensation surveys.
• Contribute to bonus, incentive, and variable remuneration processes.
• Monitor remuneration regulations, including CRD and EBA requirements.
• Support MRT governance and remuneration oversight activities.
• Ensure HR data integrity, reporting accuracy, and GDPR compliance.
• Drive reporting automation and HR process improvement initiatives.
• Support Board, Committee, and senior management reporting requirements.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field;
• Minimum 6 years of experience in HR Analytics, Compensation & Benefits, or HR Governance;
• Experience within Banking, Financial Services, or another regulated environment is highly valued;
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytical tools;
• Strong understanding of remuneration frameworks, HR metrics, and regulatory requirements;
• Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
