The role leverages PowerPoint, Canva, and Adobe Creative Cloud to produce engaging content while maintaining branding standards.

Qualificações

• 3+ years in corporate communications or related fields.
• Experience planning and delivering multi-channel campaigns.
• Strong stakeholder and audience analysis skills.
• Excellent storytelling and message development.
• Proficiency creating professional written, visual, and multimedia content.
• Experience producing presentations, newsletters, graphics, guides, and other assets.
• Video editing and multimedia content creation experience.
• Graphic and presentation design with branding guidelines.
• Experience maintaining templates and reusable assets.
• Coordinating stakeholder inputs, reviews, deadlines, and publishing.
• Editorial and content editing with high attention to detail.
• Excellent English communication skills (C1/C2).
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities with multiple priorities.
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional/international teams.
• Experience in corporate IT/tech/transformation environments is desirable.

Mandatory Requirements:

• 3+ years of professional experience in Corporate Communications, Internal Communications, Communication Design, Content Creation, or a related field.
• Proven experience in planning and delivering communication activities and campaigns across multiple channels.
• Strong experience in stakeholder and audience analysis, with the ability to adapt communication approaches to different target groups.
• Excellent storytelling and message development skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into clear, engaging and audience-oriented communication.
• Strong experience creating and editing professional written, visual and multimedia content.
• Hands-on experience creating presentations, newsletters, communication materials, graphics, manuals, guides and other communication assets.
• Experience with video editing and multimedia content creation, including video tutorials, event recordings or similar content.
• Strong graphic and presentation design skills, including the ability to apply corporate branding and visual identity guidelines.
• Experience creating and maintaining templates, communication guidelines, reusable assets and branded materials.
• Experience coordinating stakeholder inputs, reviews, approvals, deadlines, publishing and communication activities.
• Strong editorial and content editing skills, with excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken (C1/C2 level).
• Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple communication activities and priorities simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional and international teams.
• Experience working in a corporate, IT, technology or transformation environment is highly desirable.

Tools / Technical Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with visual design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma or equivalent.
• Experience with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Clipchamp or equivalent.
• Experience with SharePoint, Teams or other corporate communication/publishing platforms is a plus.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in internal communications, change management, service adoption or employee engagement.
• Experience communicating IT services, digital transformation, technology projects or technical topics to non-technical audiences.
• Experience supporting corporate events, webinars, workshops and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Experience with communication measurement, feedback analysis and continuous improvement.
• Familiarity with digital content creation, automation or AI-assisted communication workflows.
