Jobtailor in Lisbon seeks a Commerce Delivery Lead to plan, execute, and deliver product development initiatives, aligning scope with client management and stakeholders.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage risks, and report to Programme Management while helping shape product vision and roadmap.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a Commerce Delivery Lead in a technology-driven environment.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid) and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project).
• Demonstrated experience in product management, including product lifecycle management and roadmap development.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple topics simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• PMP, PMI-ACP, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD and monitoring tools (Bamboo / Jenkins or similar, Grafana / OpenSearch or similar) is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of product development initiatives.
• Define the delivery scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals with client management and stakeholders.
• Develop detailed delivery plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure delivery requirements are understood and met.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Provide timely communication with stakeholders, including status reports.
• Facilitate meetings to drive decisions and resolve delivery issues.
• Manage changes to scope and schedule.
• Ensure deliveries are on time and within scope.
• Conduct post-delivery evaluations and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with product management to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Report and elevate to Programme Management.
