Merkle in Lisbon is seeking a Commerce Delivery Lead to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex product development initiatives within a critical E-Commerce program. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and meet the highest quality standards for our clients.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a Commerce Delivery Lead in a technology-driven environment.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid) and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project).
• Demonstrated experience in product management, including product lifecycle management and roadmap development.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure timely and effective communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates and status reports.
• Facilitate meetings and discussions to drive decision-making and resolve delivery issues.
• Manage changes to the delivery scope and schedule.
• Ensure that deliveries are delivered on time, and within scope.
• Conduct post-delivery evaluations and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the product management team to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Report and escalate to Programme Management.

Job Description

As a Commerce Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex product development initiatives within a critical E-Commerce program. Qualifications

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple topics simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• PMP, PMI-ACP, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD and monitoring tools (Bamboo / Jenkins or similar, Grafana / OpenSearch or similar) is a plus.
