act digital is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead IT/digital projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, budget and quality.

You will translate client needs into delivery plans, develop charters and governance, and coordinate cross-functional teams across international environments. Fluent English and PMP are valued. The role requires fast-paced environment experience and strong communication.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 4-5 years of experience in Project Management or Scrum Master roles.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder and client management experience, including regular client-facing responsibilities.
• Experience in business requirements gathering, validation and acceptance criteria definition.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, governance, risk, issue and change management.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to communicate technical information with IT teams.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Experience in Insurance, Telco, Banking or Mobility is valued.

Responsabilidades

• Manage IT/digital projects end-to-end within scope, time and budget.
• Translate client needs into project scope, objectives and delivery plans.
• Develop and manage project charters, RACI matrices, project plans, milestones and critical paths.
• Lead discovery sessions and support requirements gathering and validation.
• Define and track acceptance criteria and deliverables across teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage relationships with stakeholders and vendors.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation throughout the project.
• Establish and maintain project governance, processes and controls.
• Monitor progress, costs, timelines and quality; take corrective actions.
• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies and their business impacts.
• Define mitigation and contingency plans and escalation when necessary.
• Lead steering meetings, stand-ups and status meetings.
• Work with Product Owners and Product Managers to ensure execution.
• Prepare status reports and project documentation.
• Apply Agile/Scrum methodologies in delivery.
• Conduct retrospectives and project closure.
• Manage multiple projects with varying complexity and sizes.

• Understand client needs and business objectives and translate them into project scope, objectives and delivery plans.
• Develop and manage Project Charters, RACI matrices, project plans, milestones and critical paths.
• Lead discovery sessions and support business requirements gathering, consolidation and validation.
• Define and track acceptance criteria and deliverables across the different teams involved in project delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, partners and vendors.
• Ensure appropriate resource availability and allocation throughout the project.
• Establish and maintain project governance, processes and controls.
• Monitor project progress, performance, costs, timelines and quality, taking corrective actions when required.
• Identify, assess and manage risks, issues, dependencies and business impacts.
• Define mitigation and contingency plans and escape issues when necessary.
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule and budget.
• Lead steering meetings, stand-ups and project status meetings.
• Work closely with Product Owners and Product Managers to ensure successful project execution.
• Prepare regular status reports, project reports and project documentation.
• Apply Agile/Scrum methodologies within project delivery.
• Conduct retrospectives and project closure activities.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, with varying levels of complexity and team sizes.
• Work with stakeholders and teams across international/cross-country environments.
• Travel occasionally when required

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 4-5 years of experience in Project Management and/or as a Scrum Master.
• Solid experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder and client management experience, including regular client-facing responsibilities.
• Experience in business requirements gathering, validation and acceptance criteria definition.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, governance, risk, issue and change management.
• Experience managing scope, timelines, budgets, resources and dependencies.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to understand and communicate technical information with IT teams.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in Insurance, Telco, Banking or Mobility is highly valued, particularly within digital and/or retail environments.
• Experience working in fast-paced environments and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication, organisation, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• PMP or equivalent Project Management certification is a plus.
• Experience with Agile Project Management and software development processes is a plus.
