Qualifications

Job Description

• Define the scope, objectives, and success criteria of the project in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans and documentation.
• Manage schedules, budgets, resources, and risks throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Coordinate and lead cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment and achievement of project objectives.
• Monitor progress and performance against key milestones, adjusting plans as needed.
• Facilitate regular update meetings, communicate project status, and provide reports to stakeholders and leadership.
• Identify potential issues or obstacles early and develop proactive mitigation strategies.
• Ensure project deliverables meet or exceed quality expectations.
• Lead post‑project evaluations and implement lessons learned to improve future performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Knowledge of E‑commerce (preferred)
• Knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud (preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a confident and professional demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills, great attention to detail, and a proactive, problem‑solving mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively prioritize tasks.
• Comfortable working both independently and within cross‑functional teams.
• Experience with project management methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of project planning tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, or similar).
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) will be an asset.
• Skills in planning, risk management, and cost control.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).
