A leading technology consulting firm in Porto is seeking a Mid-Senior Level Project Manager. You will define project scope, objectives, and lead cross-functional teams to ensure project success. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field and have solid experience in project management methodologies. Fluency in Portuguese and English is required. This full-time position offers a dynamic environment in the IT sector.

Qualificações

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Knowledge of E-commerce is preferred.
Knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud is preferred.
Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is an asset.
Experience with project planning tools/software.

Job Description

Define the scope, objectives, and success criteria of the project in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans and documentation.
Manage schedules, budgets, resources, and risks throughout the entire project lifecycle.
Coordinate and lead cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment and achievement of project objectives.
Monitor progress and performance against key milestones, adjusting plans as needed.
Facilitate regular update meetings, communicate project status, and provide reports to stakeholders and leadership.
Identify potential issues or obstacles early and develop proactive mitigation strategies.
Ensure project deliverables meet or exceed quality expectations.
Lead post‑project evaluations and implement lessons learned to improve future performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Knowledge of E‑commerce (preferred)
Knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud (preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a confident and professional demeanor.
Strong organizational skills, great attention to detail, and a proactive, problem‑solving mindset.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively prioritize tasks.
Comfortable working both independently and within cross‑functional teams.
Experience with project management methodologies.
Strong knowledge of project planning tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, or similar).
Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) will be an asset.
Skills in planning, risk management, and cost control.
Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).
