Jobtailor in Portugal seeks a data and analytics professional to support forecasting, budgeting, and reporting. You will develop scalable Excel and Power BI models, automate data tasks with Python, and contribute to AI data pipelines while ensuring data quality and accuracy across cross‑functional teams.

The role emphasizes independent work, ownership of workstreams, and clear stakeholder communication in English. Relevant degree and 2+ years’ experience are preferred.

Qualificações

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration.
• 2+ years of relevant work experience (IT, Administration, Finance, Accounting).
• Exposure to data analytics preferred.
• Comfortable building scalable Excel models and Power BI reports.
• Knowledge of Python for data extraction, transformation, automation and analysis.
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI; data pipelines and data quality concepts.
• Fluent in English.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration
• 2+ years of relevant work experience (IT, Administration, Finance, Accounting)
• Preferably some exposure to data analytics
• Comfortable using excel and building models that scale to Power BI Reports (knowledge of XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, SUMIF, and similar)
• Knowledge in Python for data extraction, transformation, automation, and analysis is strongly preferred
• Experience working with BI Tools such as Power BI or willingness to learn
• Understanding of data pipelines, structured data handling, and data quality concepts
• Analytical ability with attention to accuracy and data integrity
• Strong task ownership and reliability in delivering defined workstreams
• Ability to interpret operational and financial metrics and build reporting around them
• Structured communication and documentation skills
• Comfortable coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and recurring planning cycles
• Ability to work independently, manage time, and adapt to evolving priorities
• Fluent in English
