Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse outstanding accounts to identify overdue payments and collection opportunities.
• Contact clients via telephone, email, and written correspondence to pursue payment of outstanding debts.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlement terms with clients to facilitate debt recovery.
• Maintain accurate records of all collection activities, payment agreements, and client interactions.
• Process payments received and reconcile accounts to ensure proper credit application.
• Investigate payment discrepancies and resolve disputes with clients and internal departments.
• Prepare regular collection reports and provide analysis on collection performance and trends.
• Follow up on promised payments and escalate non-compliant accounts as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies throughout the collections process.
• Collaborate with Accounts Receivable to optimise collection strategies and improve recovery rates.
