Inetum seeks a Cloud Support Infrastructure Administrator to join a 24/7 global production support operation in Lisbon. You will provide production support for WM IT Data platform apps, automate with Ansible/Terraform, and collaborate on monitoring and knowledge sharing.

You bring 5+ years in IT ops or software engineering, strong Linux and scripting skills, and hands-on cloud experience (AWS/Azure/GCP or similar). This hybrid role offers growth in a regulated banking environment.

Qualificações

• Master's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in IT Operations or Software Engineering.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with a cloud provider (IBM Cloud, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Ansible and Docker.
• Strong knowledge of Linux platform, CLI, and Shell scripting.
• Proficiency in Python and/or Bash scripting.
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure automation tools including Ansible and Terraform.
• Good understanding of Continuous Integration tools such as Jenkins, Travis, or Concourse.
• Experience with Kubernetes (K8s), Docker, and public cloud environments.
• Knowledge of ITIL practices.
• RH294 certification is a plus.
• CKAD is a plus.
• HashiCorp Certified Terraform or Vault Associate certifications are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Application Production support for WM IT Data platform applications and tools, handling incidents and service requests in shifts and on-call rotations including weekends and public holidays.
• Analyse system, middleware, and application logs to identify and resolve potential issues, adhering to Service Level Objectives for incidents and requests.
• Build and maintain Ansible playbooks and Terraform scripts to automate provisioning, configuration, and deployments.
• Assist and train other operations profiles on Ansible, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Contribute to service monitoring, reporting, and continuous improvement of service quality and availability.
• Participate in and support the bank's DR/Live play activities, and validate knowledge transfer sessions conducted by application development teams.
• Escalate timely to the divisional lead on possible risks, escalation matters, and management issues.
• Review and create application support knowledge articles.
