Decskill is seeking a Cloud Support Infrastructure Administrator to join our Lisbon-area team. The role focuses on 24/7 support for critical banking apps, incident management, and infrastructure automation in Linux and cloud environments.

You will work with Ansible, Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker, and CI tools, participate in on-call rotations, and collaborate across teams to maintain service availability and compliant ITIL practices.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in IT Operations or Software Engineering.
• 2+ years of experience with Cloud technologies.
• 2+ years of experience with Ansible and Docker.
• Strong Linux CLI and scripting skills (Shell, Bash, Python).
• Experience with CI tools (Jenkins, Travis, Concourse).
• Infrastructure automation using Ansible and Terraform.
• Experience with public cloud platforms (IBM Cloud, AWS, Azure).
• Knowledge of ITIL principles and best practices.
• Experience in banking environment and L1/L2 support.
• Willingness to work 24/7 shift, on-call, weekends and holidays.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

• Participate in shift work, on-call rotations, weekends, and public holidays.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure service continuity and operational excellence.

Responsabilities:

• Provide 24/7 application support for critical banking applications.
• Manage incidents, service requests, and production support activities.
• Monitor applications and infrastructure to ensure service availability and stability.
• Support Disaster Recovery (DR) and Live Play exercises.
• Automate infrastructure and operational processes.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Shell, Bash, and Python.
• Administer and maintain Linux-based environments and cloud infrastructure.
• Implement and maintain Continuous Integration (CI) pipelines.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge articles, and support knowledge transfer.
• Ensure compliance with Service Level Objectives (SLOs).
• Escalate operational risks and critical incidents when required.
• Participate in shift work, on-call rotations, weekends, and public holiday support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure service continuity and operational excellence.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Operations or Software Engineering.
• At least 2 years of experience working with Cloud technologies.
• At least 2 years of experience with Ansible and Docker.
• Strong experience with:
• Linux and Command Line Interface (CLI).
• Shell Scripting, Bash, and Python.
• Continuous Integration tools (Jenkins, Travis, or Concourse).
• Infrastructure automation using Ansible and Terraform.
• Kubernetes and Docker.
• Experience with public cloud platforms, including: IBM Cloud, AWS, Azure.
• Knowledge of ITIL principles and best practices.
• Experience in a banking environment, preferably supporting core banking operations.
• Experience providing L1/L2 support, incident management, and service request handling.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift-based environment, including on-call rotations, weekends, and public holidays.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
