Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide production support for applications and data platforms.
• Manage incidents, service requests and ensure SLA compliance.
• Monitor application availability, performance and stability.
• Troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Participate in on-call rotations, shifts and DR exercises.
• Develop and maintain automation using Ansible and Terraform.

Integrate the Application Production Support team supporting Wealth Management applications and cloud platforms. The role combines Production Support, Cloud Operations, DevOps and Automation, ensuring service stability, reliability and continuous improvement in a banking environment.

Role
