PrimeIT is seeking an senior Applications Production Support Engineer - Cloud Specialist in Lisbon. You will provide production support and manage incidents, with a focus on automation and cloud-native operations.

• Create and maintain support documentation, collaborate with development teams and contribute to continuous service improvement.

Main Tasks
