Job summary

Neotalent Conclusion is seeking a Cloud Automation Engineer to join our teams for a global cloud transformation focused on Azure platform services. You will contribute to automation, reusable IaC modules, and secure cloud provisioning for enterprise apps.

You will design and maintain CI/CD pipelines, integrate Azure with GitHub, ServiceNow, and governance tools, and continuously improve platform capabilities to boost reliability and performance. Remote work is possible.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in designing secure, scalable Azure cloud solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform and Azure DevOps pipelines.
• Experience with CI/CD and GitHub Actions.
• Knowledge of containerization and AKS.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain IaC modules and cloud automation using Terraform and Azure.
• Build self-service platforms, REST APIs, and full-stack apps for cloud provisioning.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Cloud Automation Engineer to join our teams in a global cloud transformation initiative focused on advancing enterprise-scale Azure platform services. You will contribute to the evolution of cloud automation and self-service capabilities, helping application teams securely consume cloud services through reusable platform products, automation frameworks, APIs, and modern engineering practices.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain reusable Infrastructure as Code modules and cloud automation solutions using Terraform and Azure services;
• Build and support self-service platforms, REST APIs, and full-stack applications that simplify cloud provisioning, configuration, and operational processes;
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, and deployment workflows to ensure reliable and secure delivery of infrastructure and applications;
• Integrate Azure services with platforms such as GitHub, ServiceNow, identity providers, and enterprise governance solutions while ensuring security and compliance requirements are met;
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve cloud automation products, data processing services, and platform capabilities to enhance reliability, performance, and operational efficiency.

What you are like

• Proficient in Microsoft Azure and public cloud architecture, with the ability to design and implement secure, scalable, and governed cloud solutions;
• Experienced in Infrastructure as Code and cloud automation using Terraform, including reusable modules, templates, and automation workflows;
• Proficient in CI/CD practices and DevOps methodologies, particularly with GitHub Actions or equivalent automation platforms;
• Experienced in cloud security, identity and access management, governance, secrets management, and policy enforcement within Azure environments;
• Comfortable integrating cloud, identity, and enterprise platforms, including GitHub, ServiceNow, and Azure-native services through APIs and automation;
• Knowledgeable in Azure data and analytics services such as Data Factory, Databricks, Synapse, Azure Data Explorer, Event Hubs, Event Grid, and related storage technologies;
• Experienced in automated testing, quality engineering, scripting, and operational automation using PowerShell or equivalent technologies;
• Familiar with monitoring, observability, production support, and operational lifecycle management using services such as Application Insights and Log Analytics;
• Knowledgeable in containerization and Kubernetes concepts, particularly Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS);
• Experience with Go (Golang) development is highly valued.
