Job summary

Neotalent Conclusion is seeking an Azure Integration Engineer to join a major client in the automotive tech space. You will lead architectural decisions and mentor engineers while delivering secure, scalable integration solutions on Azure.

The role emphasizes cloud-native, API-led, and event-driven patterns, with opportunities to shape modern integration platforms and drive DevSecOps practices in a fully remote setup.

Qualifications

• A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent.
• At least 5+ years designing and delivering enterprise integration solutions.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Azure Integration Services.
• Experience with API-led and event-driven architectures, microservices, and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Own the Azure Integration landscape architecture and design decisions.
• Mentor and lead integration engineers, enforce governance and best practices.
• Design secure, scalable, observable integration solutions using Azure services.
• Drive IaC, CI/CD, DevSecOps and FinOps to improve developer experience.

You will provide technical leadership across cloud integration platforms, APIs, and event-driven solutions, combining hands-on engineering with architecture, technical governance, mentoring, and strategic decision-making.

What you will do:

• Own the technical direction and architecture of the Azure Integration landscape, leading design decisions across APIs, messaging, event-driven systems, and enterprise integrations;
• Lead and mentor integration engineers, promoting engineering excellence through code reviews, design reviews, technical governance, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement;
• Design and deliver secure, scalable, resilient, and observable integration solutions using Azure Integration Services, including API Management, Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Event Grid, Event Hubs, Storage, Azure SQL, and Cosmos DB;
• Drive platform engineering, automation, IaC with Terraform, CI/CD, DevSecOps, observability, security, and FinOps practices, while improving developer experience and promoting AI-assisted software delivery.

What you are like:

• Academic background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field;
• 5+ years of experience designing and delivering enterprise integration solutions, with demonstrable technical leadership and experience mentoring engineering teams;
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Azure Integration Services, particularly API Management, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Event Grid/Event Hubs, Azure Storage, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, Key Vault, Entra ID, Azure Monitor, and Application Insights;
• Strong knowledge of API-led and event-driven architectures, microservices, distributed systems, enterprise integration patterns, Terraform, CI/CD, Git, Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions, DevSecOps, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and Azure networking;
