Job summary

Neotalent Conclusion is seeking an Integration Engineer to lead the Azure integration architecture for a major automotive-focused client. You will guide APIs, messaging, and event-driven systems while mentoring engineers and shaping governance and delivery practices.

You will design secure, scalable, observable solutions using Core Azure services and implement IaC, CI/CD, and DevSecOps to improve developer experience and operational efficiency across a remote team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or related field.
• 5+ years designing and delivering enterprise integration solutions with technical leadership.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Azure Integration Services.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical direction and architecture of the Azure Integration landscape, leading design decisions across APIs, messaging, and event-driven systems.
• Lead and mentor integration engineers, promote engineering excellence through reviews and governance.
• Design and deliver secure, scalable, observable integration solutions using Azure services like API Management, Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Event Grid/Hubs, Storage, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, Key Vault, Entra ID, Monitor & Insights.
• Drive platform engineering, IaC with Terraform, CI/CD, DevSecOps, observability, security, and FinOps practices.

What you will do:

• Own the technical direction and architecture of the Azure Integration landscape, leading design decisions across APIs, messaging, event‑driven systems, and enterprise integrations;
• Lead and mentor integration engineers, promoting engineering excellence through code reviews, design reviews, technical governance, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement;
• Design and deliver secure, scalable, resilient, and observable integration solutions using Azure Integration Services, including API Management, Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Event Grid, Event Hubs, Storage, Azure SQL, and Cosmos DB;
• Drive platform engineering, automation, IaC with Terraform, CI/CD, DevSecOps, observability, security, and FinOps practices, while improving developer experience and promoting AI‑assisted software delivery.

What you are like:

• Academic background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field;
• 5+ years of experience designing and delivering enterprise integration solutions, with demonstrable technical leadership and experience mentoring engineering teams;
• Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Azure and Azure Integration Services, particularly API Management, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Event Grid/Event Hubs, Azure Storage, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, Key Vault, Entra ID, Azure Monitor, and Application Insights;
• Strong knowledge of API‑led and event‑driven architectures, microservices, distributed systems, enterprise integration patterns, Terraform, CI/CD, Git, Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions, DevSecOps, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and Azure networking;
