Job summary

CTI Clinical Trial and Consulting Services in Portugal is seeking an organized Clinical Project Coordinator to assist the Clinical Project Manager across all project phases. You will help prepare plans, SOP-compliant documents, and data reports for sites and CRA teams.

The role emphasizes teamwork, maintaining trial master files, supporting site start-up activities, and coordinating with vendors. A Bachelor’s degree and clinical research exposure are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in allied health fields or health sciences.
• At least 1 year of experience in clinical research.
• Experience supporting clinical project management processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Clinical Project Manager/Director across PM activities.
• Assist with data reports for site management and CRA oversight.
• Maintain TMF documents and assist site start-up activities.
• Prepare meeting agendas/minutes and monitor project tracking tools.
