AMGEN Capability Center Portugal in Lisbon seeks a Specialist Business Analyst for the Clinical Computation Platform. You will drive technology initiatives with end-to-end accountability, detailing product requirements as epics and user stories, and ensuring alignment with stakeholders and product managers.

The role focuses on delivering high-quality, compliant software solutions, collaborating with UX and engineering to translate business needs into actionable backlogs and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree with 4 - 6 years of Life Science/Biotechnology/Pharmacology/Information Systems experience
• Bachelor's degree with 6 - 8 years of Life Science/Biotechnology/Pharmacology/Information Systems experience
• Diploma with 10 - 12 years of Life Science/Biotechnology/Pharmacology/Information Systems experience
• Experience writing requirements for development of modern web applications
• Experience with agile project management systems such as JIRA

Responsibilities

• Drive technology initiatives and projects with end-to-end accountability
• Detail product requirements as epics and user stories with supporting artifacts
• Maintain delivery processes focused on quality, compliance, and business continuity
• Capture the voice of the customer to define business processes and product needs
• Collaborate with product managers to manage scope and value for new developments
• Prioritize release scopes and refine the product backlog
