AMGEN Capability Center Portugal in Lisbon seeks a Lead Business Systems Analyst for Real World Evidence to bridge business needs and technology. You will translate requirements, manage backlogs, and collaborate with Product Managers and engineering to deliver value.

You will document acceptance criteria, support product demonstrations, and help drive process improvements while engaging senior leadership and global stakeholders.

Qualificações

• Master's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Diploma with 14+ years of relevant experience.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to tackle complex challenges.
• Experience with Agile software development (Scrum).
• Excellent communication with senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Experience writing user requirements and acceptance criteria in JIRA.
• 8+ years of BA-specific work experience.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with business and tech stakeholders to understand and document requirements.
• Translate business needs into user stories, features, and acceptance criteria.
• Support backlog management, prioritization and planning activities.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineering to deliver business value.
• Facilitate discussions between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ensure requirements and objectives are clearly defined.
• Support system enhancements, integrations, and new product capabilities.
• Maintain documentation and alignment across teams.
• Participate in product demonstrations and stakeholder presentations.
