A Quadrante, localizada em Portugal, procura fortalecer a sua Unidade de Negócios Industrial com a contratação de um Client Manager para o departamento de Coordenação, baseado no nosso escritório de Alfragide. A função envolve gerir contratos de desenvolvimento de projetos industriais e identificar oportunidades de negócio, mantendo relações com investidores, autoridades e clientes.

É requisito ter formação superior em Engenharia Civil ou Mecânica, domínio avançado de Português e Inglês,

Qualificações

• Diploma e/ou mestrado em Engenharia Civil ou Mecânica.
• Proficiência avançada em Português e Inglês (obrigatória).
• Experiência profissional e formação em gestão de projetos.

Responsabilidades

• Gerir contratos de desenvolvimento de ponta a ponta dentro da Unidade de Indústria.
• Identificar e promover novas oportunidades de negócio para implementação e gestão de projetos de engenharia.
• Estabelecer e manter relações de confiança com as principais partes interessadas – investidores, autoridades de licenciamento, profissionais e empreiteiros.

Descrição do cargo Quadrante is looking to strengthen our Industry Business Unit by recruiting a Client Manager for the Coordination department, based at our Alfragide office.

With both national and international projects of varying scales and typologies, Quadrante offers a unique professional experience in the Portuguese engineering market.

Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end project development contracts within the Industry Business Unit

- Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities for the implementation and management of engineering projects

- Establish and nurture trusted relationships with key stakeholders – investors, licensing authorities, designers, and contractors

Profile:

- Degree and/or Master's in Civil or Mechanical Engineering

- Advanced proficiency in Portuguese and English (mandatory)

- Professional experience and training in project management

- Previous experience in business development (mandatory)

- Experience working with clients in the industrial sector, particularly in factories, green fuels, mining, or energy transition projects

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Highly proactive and creative mindset

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
