Qualifikationen

• Proven experience as Chef de Partie or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of cooking methods, ingredients and equipment.
• Experience supervising junior team members.
• Solid organizational skills and efficiency.
• Rigorous adherence to hygiene and safety procedures.
• Portuguese communication; English a plus.

Aufgaben

• Support Sous Chefs and kitchen leadership in daily operations.
• Prepare preliminary ingredients and mise en place.
• Follow recipes according to technical sheets.
• Manage and organize the assigned kitchen section during service.
• Prepare dishes according to the menu and orders.
• Ensure proper opening/closing procedures are followed.
• Check preparations and adjust as needed.
• Store ingredients per established methods.
• Receive and verify deliveries qualitatively and quantitatively.
• Apply current hygiene and safety regulations.
• Communicate stock shortages to kitchen leadership.
• Wear professional attire compliant with hygiene and safety rules.
