Qualificações

• You have an interest in gastronomy and food service.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Good knowledge of hygiene regulations applicable to kitchen operations.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Wash dishes, cutlery and kitchen equipment during service.
• Clean kitchen areas and back-of-house spaces; dispose waste properly.
• Assist kitchen team with basic food preparation and mise en place.
• Package and unpack food products as needed.
• Apply and enforce hygiene and safety regulations in all tasks.
• Sort and transport waste to designated containers.
• Clear plates and dishes from tables and station areas.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, tiles and surfaces.
• Support kitchen operations to ensure smooth service.
