Siemens Mobility invites applications for an Organizational Change Management Trainee (m/f/d) to join SHERPA X efforts across Global teams. The role focuses on people-side transformation, learning enablement, and stakeholder engagement in a dynamic digital program.

You will work with Change Managers, Communications Leads, Training Partners and project teams worldwide, gaining hands-on experience in change management, communications, training design, and AI-enabled content creation.

Responsabilidades

• Change Engagement: Support stakeholder identification and mapping activities
• Assist in the execution of Change Impact Assessments
• Support readiness assessments, surveys, interviews, and feedback collection
• Help coordinate Change Agent and Key User networks
• Support engagement activities that foster change adoption
• Communication: Contribute to communication plans and campaigns
• Create and edit communication materials, newsletters, presentations, articles, and SharePoint content
• Utilize AI-powered tools to accelerate content creation and storytelling
• Support leadership communication and change storytelling
• Help maintain communication channels and content repositories
• Training & Enablement: Support planning, coordination, and execution of training activities
• Assist in development of learning journeys, training materials, user guides, and knowledge assets
• Help create engaging and human centric learning content using modern digital and AI-powered tools
• Support training tracking, reporting, and learner adoption metrics
• Contribute to persona-based learning concepts
• Support instructor-led sessions, webinars, and training workshops
• Collaborate with business experts to translate complex topics into learner-friendly content
• Project & Transformation Support: Prepare presentations, reports, and status updates
• Support workshops and co-creation sessions using Design Thinking and collaborative facilitation techniques
• Maintain project documentation and communication assets
• Perform research and analysis related to organizational change topics
• Assist with project coordination and administrative activities
