Siemens Mobility seeks an ambitious, AI-savvy recent graduate to join Train Planning Solutions as a Think Tank and Business Excellence Trainee. You will explore AI, software strategy and management in an international Siemens Mobility context while supporting transformation initiatives.

You will gain practical exposure to how modern software organizations operate, grow, and transform within a complex business environment, preparing future leaders in this field.

Qualificações

• Background in IT, CS, business management, industrial engineering, economics or related field.
• Strong experience and background in AI prompting.
• Interest in artificial intelligence, software business, strategy and management.
• Think analytically and can structure complex information clearly and concisely.
• Proactive, curious and able to contribute own ideas.
• Enjoy preparing presentations, summaries, analyses and decision-support material.
• English communication; Portuguese and German are advantages.

Responsabilidades

• Support strategic and operational business excellence activities within Train Planning Solutions.
• Contribute to internal think tank activities, innovation topics, and future-oriented management initiatives.
• Research AI, software industry, and business strategy trends and translate insights into practical recommendations.
• Prepare management presentations, analyses, summaries, and decision-support material.
• Help structure improvement initiatives and support communication around transformation and excellence programs.
• Bring in your own ideas and contribute to entrepreneurial thinking within the organization.
