Siemens Mobility in Portugal is seeking a Think Tank and Business Excellence Trainee (m/f/d) to explore AI-driven business transformation within Train Planning Solutions. This position targets a recent graduate eager to understand how modern software companies operate, grow, and transform in a highly complex, international environment.

Qualificações

Background in IT, computer science, business management, industrial engineering, or economics.
Strong experience in AI prompting.
Interest in AI, software business, strategy, and management.

Responsabilidades

Support strategic and operational business excellence activities within Train Planning Solutions.
Contribute to internal think tank activities, innovation topics, and future-oriented management initiatives.
Research AI, software industry, and business strategy trends and translate insights into practical recommendations.
Prepare management presentations, analyses, summaries, and decision-support material.
Help structure improvement initiatives and support communication around transformation and excellence programs.
Bring in your own ideas and contribute to entrepreneurial thinking within the organization.
