We Are META is seeking a Change Management Lead to drive the Workspace deployment, shaping the change strategy, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring user adoption across Gmail, Calendar, Drive and Editors.

You will design training programs, monitor adoption, identify risks, and provide ongoing support to teams, all while operating in a hybrid model based in Portugal.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical consulting role focused on change management.
• Develop a change management plan aligned with Workspace project (Gmail, Calendar and Drive + Editors).
• Communicate the change management plan to stakeholders and obtain buy-in.
• Manage the implementation of changes, including training users on new processes and systems.
• Monitor and evaluate the change management process and make adjustments as needed.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with the change management process.
• Provide support to employees during the change process.
• Fluency in English (C1).

For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

• +5 years of experience in a customer-facing technical consulting role, focused on change management.
• Develop a change management plan that aligns with the overall project plan for Workspace (Gmail, Calendar and Drive + Editors).
• Communicate the change management plan to stakeholders and obtain buy-in.
• Manage the implementation of changes, including training users on new processes and systems.
• Monitor and evaluate the change management process and make adjustments as needed.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with the change management process.
• Provide support to employees during the change process.
• Fluency in English (C1)
• Availability for hybrid work (2x/week) based in Lisbon, Coimbra or Braga, Portugal (candidates must already be based in Portugal, with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit).
