We Are META seeks an experienced Delivery Manager to lead roadmap coordination across platforms and multiple sites. The role requires strong risk management, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to drive delivery while maintaining system stability.

You’ll work with recruiters to match roles to opportunities and support hybrid work arrangements in Portugal, with English and French language requirements. Based in Portugal with EU citizenship or valid work permit.

Qualificações

• 6+ years of experience as a Delivery Manager.
• Hands-on proficiency in delivery planning, coordinating roadmaps across multiple platforms and stakeholders in a cross-functional, multi-site organization.
• Strong command of risk management practices, ability to challenge unrealistic commitments, surface blockers early, and escalate issues before they impact delivery timelines.
• Familiarity with application migration and system decommissioning initiatives, supporting technical transitions while maintaining service stability and stakeholder alignment.
• Strong organizational and reporting skills to provide clear, consistent delivery status visibility to both technical teams and business stakeholders in a distributed environment.
• Fluency in English B2 & French (B2).
• Availability for Hybrid model 2 x week based in Porto or Lisbon.
• Based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit

Responsabilidades

• Lead delivery planning and coordinate roadmaps across platforms, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
• Manage risks, blockers, and escalations to protect delivery timelines across multiple sites.
• Collaborate with clients, partners, and internal teams to ensure clear accountability and outcomes.
• Monitor status reporting and provide transparent updates to stakeholders and sponsors.
• Support migrations and decommissioning of systems while maintaining service stability.
