We Are META in Lisbon is seeking a Project Manager in Supply Chain to lead WMS initiatives and drive logistics efficiency. The role requires analyzing data with SQL to extract actionable insights and translating business needs into clear WMS specifications.

The ideal candidate has 4 years of project management experience, works well in hybrid teams, and holds EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal; English and Portuguese at B2 level are expected.

Qualificações

• 4 years of experience as a Project Manager.
• Ability to query and analyze data using SQL to extract relevant WMS insights, support operational improvements, and drive logistics efficiency.
• Proven ability to elicit, document, and translate business requirements into clear functional specifications that align the WMS with stakeholder and end-user needs.
• Capacity to monitor WMS performance continuously, identify operational gaps, and implement targeted improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Active participation in testing and validation phases for new WMS functionality, ensuring requirements are fully met prior to go-live.
• Demonstrated autonomy in project management, with the ability to independently drive WMS-related initiatives with minimal supervision.
• Fluency in English (B2) and in Portuguese (B2)
• Availability for Hybrid model, 2 times a week based in Lisboa. Willingness to travel to other locations within the country when necessary
• Based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit
