We Are META is seeking a Solutions Architect to connect ambitious Rhinos with leading clients across national and international markets. This role blends hands-on software architecture with strategic leadership, shaping scalable solutions and guiding technical decisions.

You will work in a hybrid setup with occasional travel to Venda do Pinheiro, based in Portugal, fluent English required, and a track record of modern languages and cloud environments (AWS/Azure).

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience as a Software/Solution Architect.
• Leadership background in a technical capacity.
• Ability to manage technical debt strategically, balancing speed of delivery against system robustness.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with modern programming languages, as well as cloud environments (AWS or Azure) and distributed systems.
• Fluency in English (B2).
• Available for a flexible hybrid work arrangement with occasional trips to Venda do Pinheiro; candidates based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit.

For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

• +5 years of experience as a Software/Solution Architect
• Leadership background in a technical capacity, such as team lead, chapter lead, technical lead, or architecture manager.
• Ability to manage technical debt strategically, balancing speed of delivery against system robustness to align long-term architectural health with short-term business goals.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex architectural decisions for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with modern programming languages, as well as cloud environments (AWS or Azure) and distributed systems
• Fluency in English (B2)
• Available for a flexible hybrid work arrangement with occasional trips to Venda do Pinheiro (candidates should be based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit).
