A Nestlé Business Solutions (NBS) procura um Social Intelligence Analyst com fluência em italiano para se juntar a uma equipa internacional. A posição é híbrida (2 dias por semana no escritório) e sediada entre Braga e Lisboa, Portugal.

Requer-se forte capacidade analítica, experiência com dados estruturados e não estruturados, e proficiência em inglês e italiano. O profissional irá liderar fluxos analíticos, resolver classificações complexas, identificar padrões, produzir relatórios executivos

Qualificações

• Formação universitária em Marketing, Comunicações, Negócios, Mídia, Dados, Psicologia, Jornalismo ou área relacionada

Responsabilidades

• Liderar fluxos analíticos e coordenar entregas de trabalho
• Resolver classificações e taxonomias complexas
• Integrar dados estruturados com bases analíticas
• Produzir relatórios analíticos avançados e apresentações executivas

Position Summary

Senior Social Intelligence Analyst leads execution and coordination of analytical workstreams, ensuring high-quality interpretation, consistency, and reliability of outputs across assigned projects.

Data Processing & Structuring

• Resolve complex classification and taxonomy challenges.
• Integrate multiple structured datasets into coherent analytical foundations.

Monitoring & Signal Detection

• Identify systemic patterns, cross-market developments, and emerging risks.
• Validate interpretation of complex signals.

Reporting & Output Generation

• Produce advanced analytical reports requiring synthesis across multiple sources.
• Deliver presentations and executive-ready outputs.

Quality Assurance

• Review deliverables prepared by other analysts and ensure first-time-right quality.
• Improve reporting standards.

Stakeholder Interaction

• Manage stakeholder engagements and translate business questions into analytical outputs.
• Support project scoping and prioritisation.

Coaching & Knowledge Sharing

• Mentor analysts and contribute to capability development.
• Support development of operational guidance and best practices.

What will make you successful

• University degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, Data, Psychology, Journalism or related field
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Ability to work with structured and unstructured datasets
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in English and Italian
• Ability to manage tasks and deadlines in structured operational environments
• Familiarity with digital ecosystems and social media platforms
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) or equivalent tools
• Familiarity/proficiency in social listening or digital analytics platforms (e.g., Brandwatch, Talkwalker, Sprinklr, Meltwater, etc.)
