Nestlé Business Solutions (NBS) is seeking a Campaign Deployment Senior Specialist to deliver high-quality campaigns for Nestlé brands across email, push, and SMS channels. You will work on templates, segmentation, and journey design to optimize engagement and deliverability.

The role requires HTML/CSS knowledge, experience with email marketing tools, and fluent English. This hybrid position in Portugal offers diverse exposure and opportunities for growth within a global canteen environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communication Design, Design & Multimedia, Information Management or similar.
• Experience with Email Marketing tools such as MailChimp, RD Station, E-Goi, Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Eloqua, etc.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS and Braze;Proficiency in English (spoken and written);Ability to quickly learn new technologies and working methods;Good analytical skills;Knowledge on Marketing Automation/Customer journeys is a plus;Passion for Digital Marketing.

Responsabilidades

Position Summary

The NBS Integrated Marketing Services (IMS) is looking for aCampaign Deployment Senior Specialistto provide a good customer experience for all Nestlé's clients by deploying the campaigns of the brands and work on different communication channels.

A day in the life of...

• Work with the Nestlé’s brands to create email, push notification and SMS campaigns based on previously defined strategy;
• HTML creation based on templates including revising, and making changes/corrections when necessary;
• Implement database segmentation on email marketing tool;
• Design customer journeys according to the guidelines provided by the brands;
• Create A/B tests in order to improve engagement and therefore, deliverability;
• Monitorization of campaigns and creation of KPI reports;
• Ensure campaigns’ deliverability using email marketing best practices and analyzing KPI’s;
• Build effective relationship with internal and external international stakeholders.

What will make you successful

• Bachelor or master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communication Design, Design & Multimedia, Information Management or similar;
• Experience with any tool of Email Marketing (eg. MailChimp, RDStation, E-Goi, Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Eloqua, etc.);
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS and Braze;
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written);
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and working methods;
• Good analytical skills;
• Knowledge on Marketing Automation/Creation of customer journeys (is a plus);
• Passion for the Digital Marketing field
