Barco in Portugal seeks an Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day operations at the interface of operations, science support, and project coordination. You will help manage SOPs, records, and production documentation within a GMP/GLP framework.

The role involves coordinating with the Head of Operations, tracking project progress, and preparing management materials. Fluency in English and strong communication are essential in this regulated, high-impact environment.

Qualificações

• Master's degree in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or closely related field
• 1–2 years of professional experience in operational, scientific or project coordination
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities
• Exposure to CDMO/CRO or pharmaceutical/biotech manufacturing environments is valued
• Experience supporting cross-functional projects
• Comfortable in a regulated environment with GMP or ISO familiarity
• Strong written communication skills
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Experience with project tracking tools
• Familiarity with document management systems or quality management software
• Fluency in English

Responsabilidades

• Assist in preparation, formatting and version control of SOPs and controlled documents
• Maintain records, logs and trackers relevant to manufacturing development activities
• Prepare production records, reports and meeting minutes
• Support GMP/GLP documentation workflows and deadlines
• Coordinate information flow between Head of Operations and team leaders
• Track progress of internal and external projects across R&D and manufacturing
• Maintain project trackers, action logs and milestone summaries
• Prepare materials for management reviews and cross-functional discussions
• Coordinate logistics for project-related activities and trainings
• Assist in training materials and onboarding documentation
• Support risk management activities within Operations, including risk registers
• Prepare for audits by organizing documentation and coordinating responses
• Monitor open actions from quality and management reviews
