You will drive budgeting, cross-functional collaboration, and talent development across sites, focusing on CAPEX/OPEX optimization and continuous improvement. Fluent English is required for global teamwork and regulatory interactions.

Qualificações

• Masters’ degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Extensive experience managing industrial projects.
• Proven leadership and people-management skills.
• Strong understanding of GMP and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee operations, production, construction or maintenance projects within Engineering Family.
• Coordinate relationships between area and other sites and functions.
• Develop and monitor area budgets and resource plans.
• Promote continuous improvement, lean thinking and safety culture.
• Lead and train team members, assess performance, and develop talent.
