A Barco, em Portugal, procura um/uma Operations Coordinator para apoiar as operações de Life Sciences (M/F/X). A função envolve coordenação de documentos, gestão de logs, preparação de relatórios e suporte a auditorias internas e externas, assegurando conformidade com GMP/ISO e fluxos de documentação.

Idealmente com Mestrado em Biotecnologia ou áreas relacionadas e 1–2 anos de experiência em coordenação operacional.

Qualificações

• Mestrado em Biotecnologia, Ciências da Vida, Engenharia biomédica ou similar.
• 1–2 anos de experiência em coordenação operacional, científica ou de projetos.
• Capacidade de gerir várias tarefas e prioridades.
• Experiência em ambientes de fabrico farmacêutico, CDMO/CRO valorizada.
• Experiência em projetos transversais é valorizada.
• Familiaridade com GMP/ISO e ambientes regulados.
• Boas competências de escrita e capacidade de resumir informação.
• Dominio de ferramentas de office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
• Conhecimento de sistemas de gestão documental é valorizado.
• Fluência em Inglês.

Responsabilidades

• Assistência na preparação, formatação e controlo de versões de SOPs e outras documentações controladas.
• Mantener registos, logs e trackers relevantes para atividades de fabrico e desenvolvimento.
• Preparação de relatórios de produção e atas de reuniões.
• Apoiar a implementação de boas práticas (GMP/GLP) e fluxos de documentação.
• Atuar como ponto de coordenação para fluxo de informação entre o Head of Operations e as equipa.
• Acompanhar o progresso de projetos internos e externos sob operações.
• Manter trackers de projeto, log de ações e resumos de marcos.
• Preparar materiais para revisões de gestão e reuniões cruzadas.
• Coordenação logística de atividades de projeto (reuniões, formação, ciclos de revisão).
• Preparar materiais de formação e onboarding de novos membros.

Responsabilidades chave

• Assist in the preparation, formatting and version control of SOPs, workinstructions and other controlled documents, in alignment with QA/QC requirements;


• Help maintain accurate and up-to-date records, logs and trackers relevant to manufacturing and development activities;


• Assist in the preparation of production records, reports and meeting minutes as required;


• Support the implementation of good practices (GMP/GLP) documentation, ensuring that documentation workflows are followed and deadlines are tracked;


• Act as a coordination point for information flow between the Head of Operations and the team leaders;


• Support the Head of Operations in tracking the progress of ongoing internal and external projects across research, development and manufacturing activities;


• Maintain project trackers, action logs and milestone summaries, flagging items at risk of delay;


• Help prepare materials for management reviews, planning meetings and cross-functional discussions, including slide decks, status summaries and data compilations;


• Coordinate logistics for project-related activities such as inter-team meetings, training sessions and review cycles;


• Assist in the preparation of training materials and onboarding documentation for new team members;


• Assist in coordinating risk management activities within the Operations scope, including maintaining risk registers and follow‑up action logs;


• Support the Head of Operations in preparing for internal and external audits, by organising documentation and coordinating responses;


• Monitor open actions from quality and management reviews and ensure timely follow‑up with the responsible parties;

Competências

• Minimum of a Master's degree in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or a closely related field;


• One to two years of professional experience in an operational, scientific or project coordination role;


• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities in an organised manner;


• Exposure to CDMO, CRO or pharmaceutical and biotech manufacturing environments is valued;


• Experience supporting or participating in cross‑functional projects is valued;


• Comfortable working in a regulated or quality‑driven environment, with familiarity with GMP or ISO standards;


• Strong written communication skills, with the ability to produce clear and structured documents and summaries;


• Proficiency in standard office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);


• Experience with project tracking tools is valued;


• Familiarity with document management systems or quality management software is valued;


• Fluency in English;


• Knowledge, Experience and Skills to conduct their tasks in accordance with the rules and procedures set down;
